Got an invite to say I need to plan my year end discussion with my line manager and to think about FY25 goals.
How can you plan a discussion when the grades have not been released? Or have they been released?

Until that Finchy is still around she will keep sc--wing and taking your money.
You can only hope she gets chopped and then you maybe in with a chance.
The look of disappointment on HR's face, in the annual presentation about the end of year review, when someone asks about reward is almost worth sitting through 30+ minutes of nauseating HR nonsense.
In case you were in any doubt, it's the same answer as every other year, just because you get your performance rating in the end of year conversation, it is not the time to talk about reward.
You’re not getting an increase so why fill out any paperwork?

said it twice because the people left at DXC are slow minded
Year end reviews.....complete pish
How about a cost of living raise plan and simple. No string attached.
My last 5 years with DXC one of my personal goals , was not to get laid off by the end of year. There is no reason to have any other goals because if you don't meet any of them, or meet some, or exceed some or exceed all you will still get a BIG FAT ZERO pay increase!
Who cares about grades? Show us the money!
Performance discussion without reward conversation, utterly pointless
Just got comms from my L4 that UK will reviews will happen at the end of the month and grades have from a regional perspective been finalised. They are now with L1 (Raul) for approval.
Please fill in your fpr and get feedbacks. Your feedbacks are very important to DXC.
We will try our best to make sure that you get a rise in salary this year.
All the review are for cronies
Not yet released in Germany.
Rankings have been released to managers, at least in the US. Performance reviews are supposed to be completed in May. You will find out your ranking in that meeting. If you have a good manager, your ranking should not be a surprise. You should be prepared to support your position if you think the ranking is wrong, but really you should have done that when you filled out your own assessment. It's very difficult to get a ranking changed at this point. I would also have a list of objectives you would give yourself this year. You can influence your objectives much more than you think you can,
Fu-k knows. Maybe the take up has been that terrible it’s been extended another month in the U.K..
