Yes I think those JG15+ are in for a tough time with new CEO. Be prepare to face the stress. Anyway they are well fed to take on these.

I doubt Gibbons is going anywhere, at least for 2 years. Bill needs someone around to be his hatchet man and Peter knows how to do that with the best. He might even get to control one of the spins as its new CEO. Given Brown's rep with employees at Harris, he is definitely not here to please anyone below JG15
Most 3Mers work just hard enough not to get fired and get paid just enough money not to quit.
I hate to agree with the post about the CTO. Indeed, nice guy and generally very supportive of the labs. But....did not do near enough to push back (on the other exec or Roman/MP) on the deprioritization of new product development and R&D. That could have made all the difference.
