Tanya McNally IS NOT QUALIFIED FOR THAT JOB BESIDES BEING A HORRIBLE PERSON!!
Don't ever complain to HR about anything or you will be the next to go!!!
We need to start a campaign to get with EEOC and start exposing Centene and their unethical ways.
The "Whistleblowers" are out there an there is a lot of dirt they are covering up. Spoke to an Atty, and they said you can Whistleblow even if you are no longer with the company.
Centene's Mgmt is like a gang, and if you got laid off or are not part of it, then your time is limited.
Culture change can be hard and it can sometimes trigger HR complaints.
Not the OP.
From my personal experience I worked with another team in addition to my own. That manager was very comfortable with being friendly behind closed doors, but belligerent and demeaning to me in front of others.
I reported them to HR, and they admitted to their behavior. Said it was due to stress. AGAIN they ADMITTED their behavior!!
I was told they were counseled, and I was referred to trainings on how to deal with them when they behaved this way again. I was the second person who had made a report on this manger, btw. 3 months later they were promoted.
I am not OP, but if you want context, I’ll give you context.
A few years ago Densham and Ball made this person a manager, and the company paid for this person to relocate to Tampa. Within a month of this person being a manager the entire team had HR complaints about their new manager. Everything was swept under the rug. A few months go by and more complaints about this manager, and again everything swept under the rug again.
A few people left and this manager started hiring new people. The manager started giving random raises throughout the year to the favorites, and harassing the ones management felt unworthy. More HR complaints, and again all swept under the rug. The top performers on the team, gets the worse treatment. Well October 2023 comes and management used it to cut the ones they didn’t like.
This person is still a manager, and the ones that were unworthy still report to this manager. Some of the favorites seem to have been given new opportunities and more money.
So that shows HR is all about the company and leadership, not the little person.
Centene's HR practices are quite appalling; they fabricate lies and false narratives to dismiss employees without compensation, showing a shocking lack of empathy towards others. Don't trust their fake smiles, they are really bad people.
In CNC is about to keep in power Drew and his friends, so they can funnel huge salaries and bonuses for themselves.
HR job is to protect the company
HR is not your friend or someone you go to at ANY company!
Document EVERYTHING!! From emails, to calls. Capture dates, times, topic of discussions and people involved. Sometimes this may not always work, but you at least have proof if any legal action is necessary on your part. Oh, another thing, larger corporations like centene have unlimited funding to bring down the little guys who work for them all just to keep their operations aligned. So if you think you have a shot at winning a lawsuit you better have 1000% full proof and justification. The law doesn't care about cry babies and how unfair an employer seems to be treating them. If it ain't against EEO or anything federal, then you likey have zero chance in winning. Your second (my opinion first) best option is to find another job to remove yourself from an unhappy place. Just as much as an employer sees an employee as unfit, we as employees can also see an employer as unfit too and and boycott them.
Centene HR is in cahoots with Drew and his Combo, all based on Tampa ex wellcare folks, they have drinks together, with London serving merely as a puppet who echoes their sentiments to appease them. This fact is widely acknowledged by now. It's crucial to be cautious about whom you converse with and observe who remains from Michael Neidorf's original team and hires—only a few heads are still intact. The atmosphere is extremely toxic. What's worrisome is that these individuals don't appear to grasp the intricacies of how the business truly operate. While their speeches may be well-coordinated, the actual reality is starkly different.
Someone posted "Context?" haha. You wish! You back stabbing Centene H.R. Troll
There is true evil in Centene. You heard Drew in earnings call we have to be responsible with our financial resources because that is tax payer money, but they all increased their comp by 30% despite the company doing so badly in all areas. Yes, Tanya and Drew fire people just because they don't like them. If they fired James Murray and some other of the best executives you can imagine how predatory this folks are. Just unbelievable how they can still operate and juggle a bunch lies to investors.
@rqm+1sgeWbtx you think that, but you are wrong, they have eliminated great people, and hire friends and keep the worse, they still have Rich Fisher there after all the medicare debacle. They have position some bold friends from Wellcare in key positions, it is very disturbing the way Centene is operating.
I don’t agree Tanya and Drew are to blame. Big orgs have their marching orders from the board or Wall street. They’re doing what they need to. The problem is middle mgmt politics. Tanya and Drew can’t control that more than asking their directs to act in a manner they expect. But execution on those values is the responsibility of the rest of management. Top line leadership has influence yes, but their intentions are not the problem. I find it hard to believe they spend anytime talking about middle mgmt. and below activity. It’s your direct leader than makes the choice for you. They are who you hold accountable. And well if I must say the most obvious. Yourself.
The game is rigged here, Tanya McNally is closed friends with Drew and they will eliminate anyone that is doing what is right and good for the organization, but in some way is exposing the lies at the top and anything that may seem threatening to their power grip. This place is so sickening
If you cannot talk to HR then who can you talk to when the system is failing you? Legal action can’t be the only solution. Not looking for friends just help from them to mediate a misunderstanding.
