Honestly, after ten years with this company I’m truly disgusted with them. All these layoffs, for what?! Just to give our jobs to overseas people so they can pay them less??! Cigna is adding to the downfall of this country. What happened to protecting this country and its people?!

Exactly! So many people are worried about immigration taking American jobs but it’s actually corporations like this giving our jobs away!! Corporate greed is to blame.
Cordani mentioned the HUBs in India & Ireland on his last town hall so everyone can see where this is going. My team is losing several jobs to India before the end of this year.
And the jobs that are actually available, if you're internal you dont get the same offer as external candidates you're lucky to get small % bump no matter your qualifications, experience. cost of being "loyal" to your company.
