Isn’t the cic next week? This will drag into next year with pds Christmas gifts for those.
Watch the stock price relative to xom. Had been 3.5% or so discount relative to deal a couple weeks back and now ~1.8%. Market thinks deal closes soon. Pair that with picnic comment of “couple weeks”.
