Natch, it will be TRANSFORMATIVE and LEAP FROG all other companies. Its an out of the box installation. Should eliminate many many jobs in HR as it simplifies things.
Good because Kronos su-ks. Now if they could only be done with WFT.
Every other normal company moved to workday ages ago. Behind the curve as usual.
It's mainly replacing Kronos
Workday is the cloud based interface being used soon for all things HR. A lot of AI involved with Workday.
