Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Caught another lie

So, the claim was made that 3 full days was always the expectation. Not just more than half. Check this

The answer to #37 reads, in part:

"You have an option to work at home 49% of the time..."

What a wonderful culture they have established for us.

They can’t even do simple math to come up with 50% of 5 is 2.5. Had to correct it. What a joke.

Definitely not trustworthy.

If you listen to K@ri giggle through that horribly scripted conversation during last week’s Town Hall, you’ll note two things:

  1. She heard us! She says we wanted more collaboration and togetherness. Hence the anchor days. Lies. All lies.
  1. She made some asinine comment like “The policy originally said ‘more than 50%’ and we all knew that meant 3 days. Now we are just saying it. 3 days.” Because 51%=60%. Maybe that’s how they do math over there on the Main Line in Ardmore.

Cigna and integrity do not go hand in hand.

It would have cost nothing to act with integrity and transparency. We can't even get that from our leadership.

I wish that I could say this is a surprise. By now, it's just par for the course at Cigna.
