Intel's past success and ability to bully competition and customers is coming back to haunt them. You can only block competition that continue to innovate for so long without innovating yourself. A huge problem is that enabled dinosaurs to continue to run the company knowing that they'll get theirs whether they succeed or not. Pat (RIP) and BK wrecked the company. Swan was essentially a place holder while they looked for a real CEO.
