Discussions between Humana and CIGNA starting again. Probably have something to do with this change. Whatever they have coming must be big to have meetings with everyone to discuss change and how to handle change. I’ve been through this before, and it usually means more layoffs.

I agree we should embrace change. We should embrace change of the people that provide our complete lack of leadership!

Instead, they might as well just yell BOHICA at us repeatedly...at least we'd have fair warning...

The meeting was a joke. I got nothing from it other than that Humana wants us to accept that our jobs su-k and constant changes are coming and if we get laid off then we should change our attitude and update our resume so we can still work for Humana. They are full of themselves and want us all to believe Humana is the greatest place in the world to work for. We are adults, we can be pi---d off at our company, the world, or whatever else we want to be mad at and we also know that a positive attitude is a good thing so Humana doesn’t need to tell us this. Pointless. So tired of the facade.

They’re busy trying to gaslight us all and making poor raises and benefits the norm. They’re going to cut our benefits and I wouldn’t be surprised if they cut pay either. These are wicked people running the company. The people at the top make millions and can’t spell let alone do anything sensible. The people doing all the work make less than 120k!
