They typically run parallel to the major forecast cycles. Especially the 7.1 to prepare and plan for 10.1 and the years that follow. I'd say fall if I was predicting anything further.

This is Wayne’s USAA folks, employees living in fear while on and off the clock. If they go to HR, a target is on their back and are gone weeks later.

No one is safe, public layoffs may be on pause but that doesn't mean you're not being watched or monitored to be sent packing without notice for "performance issues". Screen flicker, oops you've been idle too long and it's been logged as ammo...
