Stay as far away as you can from Mani. He is a as bad as it gets with placing blame on everyone but him. He makes sure that he puts himself in situations where nothing can fall back on him.
Concur he was minimized at Wells Fargo and was being pushed out the door when he was offered a role at USAA he will hang on to this role for dear life. Run don’t walk from Mani
