Corporate's new scheduling system is a joke, demonstrating their disconnect from the daily operations of their stores. Knock Knock Seymour, you can't schedule full-time employees for 35 hours when you don't provide enough hours to begin with!

@3hrt, I’m 2irx. I didn’t post anything besides my personal opinion that yes, this site became an insult outlet. I don’t spread negativity. I have deep respect for trucks unloaders, done it myself, hard job. Have deepest respect for cleaning crew- somebody got to do it, and big thanks to them. So you attacked me for nothing and just confirmed my opinion.

have you noticed that lots of support associates get the Best of Belk worthless award. That's cause belk wants them to think they are a great employee, when in reality, they can't find many people who will do the truck, clean the bathroom, do markdows, do sale set, and put out stock for no pay, and the id--ts that do take that job have the brain power of a bucket of rocks.

In our store the prissy cosmetics girls do all of that. At least we take care of our customers. Instead of always always being in a huddle complaining.
support associates (truck, restroom cleaning, ect...) is ranked up there with mcdonalds as being one of the worst jobs you can have. it's the job nobody else wants, only the despertate people take those jobs. and the pay is bottom of the barrell.
If it's like our store, it will sit on the floor for a week.
