Just heard in the news. The hospitals affiliated in California are suing Anthem for delays in responses on authorization for hospital stays. Making hospitals keep people longer because they can't get information from Anthem. Then Anthem is denying the extended hospital stays.. It's only just begun..

No PA, no Pay. That is the new business model. Being sued all of the time as a result is just part of the new business model as well. I just had my own personal battle with it as an employee of the company.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with outsourcing the work.
