Thread regarding USAA layoffs

New Pulse Survey is Rigged

Few observations:
Q - Do you feel safe at work?
Define safe - environment, job prospects, comfortable collaborating? I chose neutral due to vaigness of question.
I noticed that on the written part of the survey, they only wanted feedback on what I agreed with (which isn't much).
At this point, I am not finishing and letting the survey tank!

You’re not too bright. Just keep doing your survey. We enjoy reading your feedback

@1xmn+1scm8imj you're so full of cr-p no one should trust anything you say

I started the survey and stopped once I saw these questions. They are definitely suspect to me. I've come to the point that there is no reason to tell how I feel as an employee as nothing is going to change, expect me; i.e., best to keep looking for a new company than to think this one is going to improve under current "leadership."

I was literally using applications available to me by the firm. My manager was d-mber than a box of rocks however I doubt she even knew how to use excel lol

What "unapproved user tool" were you using? If you were running an unapproved/untested macro to do your job, then that would be grounds for letting someone go at any work environment. There would be no way to justify the accuracy.

I've seen this a lot - it's common that managers' first reaction is to figure out where/who the feedback is from. They really can't help speculate who it is, and will treat people accordingly. beware

Same thing happened to me, I gave my honest opinion based on my experience at the time and was negative then they said I was using an "unapproved user tool" and got fired.

My surveys were def negative the last 6 months before I was fired. Guess I finally gave them the reason they were looking for!

I answered '1 to 3 years' for the question about how long I plan on being with USAA. I hope others answered this one honestly.

I took a survey and gave negative feedback and was written up the same day for something vague. Do not trust it.

Pulse has never been described as anonymous. Its confidential but not anonymous.

Your manager can’t see who submitted feedback on a Pulse. That’s why they say it’s anonymous. But your managers boss and everyone above them have full access and know exactly what your survey says. It allows them to “anonymously” target anyone who hasn’t fallen inline with their narrative.

I do not feel safe at any employer who openly supports bolshevik ESG goals.

Keyloggers and screen capture are in full effect...it doesn't matter how you answered..or if "anonymous" (nothing on the network is anonymous) they know your soul at this point..when your screens "flicker"..its a capture fyi
