Does your department have bullying and mobbing?

Managers leverage ER and HR systems to drive people out. Preference for incompetent brownnosers. Managers faces hurt from telling so many lies.
@2jgs+1scl3FMq - Are you talking about something other than the 1 day of time that we can take to volunteer?
I can't imagine a manager contesting that. It's official policy.
But, if you're talking about something else, well, the managers are probably in the right.
MetLife executives should work on making sure their wonderful people managers are in lock step with the enterprise push to volunteer on company time. Too many stories of people managers opposing this, not trusting their employees, when it fact it is these very people managers who are the ones scamming the attendance policy. This is a major problem that upper management ignores because people managers can do no wrong, ever.
We gang up on anyone who is smart, talented, efficient. Appearing to be d-mb and unthreatening whilst kissing a lot of a*# is the game. Tall poppies get stomped
Yes. Sadists love working at MetLife.
No, but there are plenty of AVPs just goofing off all day.
Had to look up mobbing - never heard the term before.
No, my group doesn't have bullying or mobbing.
Put me down as a bit skeptical. When I hear adults using terms like 'bullying' and 'mobbing ', I can't help but wonder if they're just being overly sensitive or if they lack the ability to handle tough situations.
Please tell me this is in the HR, Legal, or DEI departments so I can laugh.
What is mobbing?
