In tech and at all levels. Some left because it gas become a nightmare and others fired.

I know MVPs in the last year would were fired because someone didn't like them. No safety net.
It's a goner they all fell to the wayside, they either were fired or fled because of this nightmare.
Some of my favorite leaders at director plus levels have been put on coaching plans or forced out. Many solid engineers have been pipped purely due to stack ranking. Definitely negatively impacts morale. I feel for the TDPs who may view this as normal since this is their first post-college job.
Are you saying employers by hiring H1Bs at low wages is helping corporations NOT employ American citizens?
