Not everything is great at TSMC. Yes, the technology, scale, execution (in TW) and customer commitment is absolutely unique. But there is plenty of internal politics, backstabbing, favoritism, deception and arrogance. From an ethical standpoint, Intel is certainly not much worse....

Intel can only survive with Govt bailout/subsidy/grants. So much for Free market!
