I seem to remember Dumghoul saying that something like 38% of the money DXC spends is on employee salaries.
If they have charged the clients 50% more there's a lot of slack in that for salaries...even if its not matching inflation.
Its quite clear, the money that should have been for normal employee wages has been used for share buy backs and exec bonuses and other guff.
It's not "can't" its simply "won't". Its a deliberate exploitation of employees and their families.
