Notice going out today. It does gives 60 notice and is different than what’s gone out already. I just got out of a meeting announcing it AND google it to see it was announced a few days ago. I wish I was wrong. It’s dated today and the 60th day July 25.

I thin the warn act applies if it affects at least 50 represented employees and it must be given 60 days in advance. I can easily be wrong on that but from the past layoffs it seem that was the case
WARN notices don't apply to layoffs at Lumen.
This is different and is involuntary layoff for several departments today or tomorrow. This is not any of of was already sent. Supposedly they’ll post WARN notices.
All of Arizona union employees were offered Vspp a month ago and were off the books April 11.
Where? No offers in my area. Not a hint of one.
Vspp went out to union employees but not involuntary. Just saying things are not yet what they seem and all the dust has not settled. More to come so keep resumes up to date.
Which union employees? Where? No offers been thrown my way. And I am definitely up to date.
It was sent to union employees. Month ago. Stay up to date.
Maybe the question people need to ask is when the notice will be sent to “union” employees. I promise there was not enough volunteers across all departments.
Once that is sent people have 60 days.
Nope, I'll take that severance. Bring it on. I can't wait to put that north star in my rearview mirror.
I put in for the offer and was turned down then today they layoff 660 people.
Keyboard warriors talk so tough but, behind the scenes, they're crapping their pants.
Most people are afraid to take the offers.
Unless you are young and gifted. Most companies will not hire any old seasoned applicants, no matter how gifted you are.
Walmart probably is your best bet.
It’s a mind game! They want you to show your hand first. Typical.
Why didn’t you take the volunteer layoff then? Or would it have been rejected?
Give me that sweet severance money and I'll be on my way.
