They have already been sharing timelines with LCO and leadership on new org rollout and new offers. Field folks will receive offers within a week of close(May 3rd) and need to respond with intent by June 3rd. Corporate offers will follow with all offers and responses being conducted within 60 days of close. It is not going to get delayed don't read into all the bogus claims it is happening so buckle up.

Bet ya 10 bucks (my expected severance) that it closes right on time.
XOM behaving like it's going to close does not mean it will, it's not up to them. Personally I hope that it will and I'm going to start my cultural transition by beginning hotdesking early and occupying random offices.
I haven't heard or seen any specifics I just know its ready. My guess is we will all get more visibility next week
