RSUs got cut significantly. If you got RSUs this time around count yourself lucky - you’re a mad man.

You had a great job and a great time but the relationship is MBA's at the helm. They are not paying. They will tell you delivery wasn't realized before you were no longer on the payroll. Or the sales plan was reallocated. Or targets were not met. The list conitnues but lots of excuses that are just legal enough to not pay you."
I got a great raise, and some RSU - perhaps you're not up to snuff.

My manager bought me a pizza and a Coke for my raise. Well I had to pay for the Coke and was allowed just one slice of pizza. He ate the rest. I guess we have to fund RR’s $50M payday somehow.
Not everyone is getting an increase
Raises were among biggest I’ve seen on 20 years. 4% baseline. Giddyup.
