Yes , No pay increases because we don't have too. You people are babies and work without increases for 7+ years. If you could have found a better paying job you wouldn't still be here.
We have you my the ba--s , because you think you are a slave.
I think the buyout approach wasn't solicited or even known about at the Q4 results time.
Also I think its probably opportunistic off of the back of the fluffed up value of the Insurance business that is to do with DXC about to make its own move with it.
If you can seize that now then you have made the ru-p of whats left cheap and attractive for Kyndryl. You've basically paid for only one third.... at that price its worth it to loot the GIS contracts and you probably have some other nuggets you can ditch as well (Luxoft for example). Plus you take competition out of the market - DXC might not win much, but almost certainly tries to compete for the same business as Kyndryl meaning depressed prices... something that Kyndryl needs to fix as they make NO money on a $16bn revenue...
Given how prominently Insurance has been on the earnings call and in townhalls, the bit about selling off insurance makes more sense than the idea of anyone wanting to buy the rest of DXC but it's probably true, there's bound to be some new way to sc--w the employees for the enrichment of execs.
Managment is talking up insurance because it's the only thing that's semi stable. Even in Lawrie times it got some basic cursory funding. Besides if there was really going to be a take over would they really be talking to the street just 2 weeks ago? Doesn't seem to be any credible stories internally either like when Sal got shown the door.
Typical DXC Management try and play we dont know anything, rather than come up with a positive credible response.
Dxc managers always know nothing, communication is very poor, no point them being in post.
This one seems very real! Why do you think management has been throwing money at the insurance business but cutting the cr@p out of everywhere else? Even now the stock price is so low that we look cheap even despite all the sh!t to sort out!
You got to kidding. If you still work at DXC you’re close to retiring, you have no self esteem, you’re a newbie trying to learn something. I quit 2 years ago as it wasn’t fun anymore because your couldn’t do it right the 1st time and no one cared to find the root cause, just wanting to close ticjets as fast as you can and not solve the problem.
duck everyone at DXC (replace he d with an F
