What you should be doing is spending some time creating your own resume on LinkedIn and start looking for a job. Forget what others are doing and concentrate on yourself finding another better paying and secure job where you can gain more skills to add to your resume. With AI starting to take over jobs, finding a job is going to be somewhat difficult.
