@1iiw+1sXRupNb - Always the case new company take over - bring in their own management and any duplicate management and roles plus procedures should be merged together; unfortunately with CSC - HPE link up this was bodged and cuts were made at the coal face - with DXC loosing invaluable experience and knowledge.

Likely to happen again - merge merge merge - cuts - WFR, etc, etc = No pay rises at the bottom as well

The new IBM gang were hoping for a big long few years of milking paydays so are worried.

However not sure the bid will fly at these low prices.

From the ones I have talked to, they are mostly crapping themselves and seem truly surprised by this.

Kyndryl just want the residual ru-p of GIS (ITO+Cloud plus Workplace) to get the legacy accounts, with the Insurance part packaged and sold separately and Apollo will package up the other elements of GBS into bite-size chunks and sell off individually - last real chance for investors to get anywhere near (perhaps half?) of the $10B they missed out on twice in recent years

Forget entering time in DXC time, start entering time in IBM Time.

Kendryl want their own people running the company.

The foundations for a take over
