Memo coming out tomorrow - all of in- language ret 1 will be outsourced - the department will no longer be internal - employees are being offered positions elsewhere - this is just a start - soon ECC as a whole will not exist.

Just one difference between skilled workers working remotely, and offshore companies hiring people with little to no experience and trying to pass them off as experienced Its getting more real every day as more folks leave
Employees thought WFH was some great new benefit. Little did they know it was an experiment to determine which jobs could be off shored.
If no one wants work in office, they can just go get much cheaper workforce for the same job overseas. Not unexpected.
Goes to show how they value their employees.
The more that is outsourced the more profitable we become. Not rocket science. This group of execs are doing what’s right to keep policy holders premiums down. Keep it coming, execs. A lot of us support you.
I wish more of this stuff was in English. Things are so compartmentalized that unless you work in that department, nobody knows what anybody is talking about anymore.
