Until workers find a way to unify in order stop what we now see at USAA, this cancer will continue to grow. I know many dislike the word "unionize", but give me the alternative. It is unpleasant to confront this cancer. But I guarantee you, it is far more than unpleasant when it happens to you. And it will, either through loss of favoritism or ageism or when the greedism needs more fodder for the machine.
You can continue to crouch down in the hopes that the machine will bypass you, this time. But is that really a way to live?
