Well Cam A in his town hall today said they would take all year to review pay and IF there were anyone below where they should it would be looked at as part of that review.

If you want more money, you leave and get that new money from your new employer.
it’s been 7+ years without a merit increases, your not getting one ! If you could you would have found another job by now and they know it.

Always people at the top can do maths when it comes to working out their raises.
The incompetent Finch just can't workout a figure for people at lower levels who actually do the work.

Well the rumour is some lucky folks in north America will be paid bonus shortly.
Amazing it takes them months to work out a simple merit rise.
No wonder they can't respond to a customer proposal.
The one sure thing they can do is to take their millions every year without fail.
Its not that it can't be done its just that they are lying and making false promises. Have some ba--s and make the announcement.
