What a clown show of company this is. If attrition is only way to show profitability on balance sheets rather than generating margin delivering quality products, no wonder the org is going downhill.

There is no CPM. There is a Voluntary Severance Package offered to all non-executive employees at all sites except Taiwan.

Don’t see any actions to cut down the number of Directors, VPs, SVPs, CVPs. Good grade 5 through grade 9 employees will leave. These VPs will rehire to sustain their empires.
