Run don’t walk he was pretty much given the boot at Wells Fargo then came into USAA and moved around to figure out what to do with him. He’s not someone you want to work for. Trust the feedback on this post

He’s a little tyrant that will frequently demand data and info at 3pm on a Friday afternoon causing teams to work around the clock and over the Weeknd for no good reason, other than he wants something. No respect for employees or understanding of what it takes.to do the work. Reports to Neeraj who is equally unimpressive.
