I work in beauty in a SC store. The hours and with us associates from beauty being moved all over the store has made me quiet quit. The goals keep going up, but we have no way to actually meet them when our associates are in other departments during times of need. We used to meet goals when they were all hands on deck, but our hands are spread out. I don't understand the strategy to increase beauty goals but keep the staff everywhere but in beauty.

Maybe it's time to put some goals on the eye of the beholder, too.
