The job market isn’t great right now so they will have a tough time getting the numbers they need to reach through volunteers. Just because people have 20+ years in doesn’t mean they are ready to retire. If you aren’t 65 you will still need healthcare which is expensive. HR will start sending out nasty emails to people who will be involuntarily terminated if they don’t get enough volunteers. They did this in 2016. If they are finally reducing by the big numbers that they should have done 2 years ago the next year will be rough whether you stay or leave. Good luck!
Took the CPM last fall. Know that the job market su-ks right now but you should consider leaving anyway if you can make it work for you. Good luck!

They should have done this first this year in this group! Why bring back the 5% cut in Q4'23. Inflate the stock to $50 to do involuntary in Q1'24. If i was 20 years I would highly recommend taking this package!

Confirmed by others I work with. What else did Justin say as he announced the details in the meeting this morning? I've heard a few things from those who went such as they acknowledged that they will lose some good talented people, but they expect others to fill in and make sure products aren't impacted. I'm looking for a video replay of the meeting as I missed it...
If you are over 20 years I would recommend taking the package.
