lol! You’re assuming the person who made fhe “marketing snowflake” statements is in marketing themselves.
I took their statement when I read it why they are in another group.
Who knows?!?

I fault the many many snowflakes in Marketing
Only handful of people in marketing refer to others as snowflakes.

Tell us how you really feel.
'I fault the many many snowflakes in Marketing who have these huge expectations of a steady pipeline of annual or bi-annual raises and promotions for themselves, without having proven that they are worthy of such.'
Yes, it was the same at TIBCO—same behavior.

Only a handful of people in Marketing have such unrealistic expectations.
Marketing Leadership’s false promises of raises and titles backfired, sparking competition for roles amid a worsening marketing crisis.

You marketing snowflakes need to realize that you have to put in the time, grind hard, get the experience, have the failures and successes, which are the marks of true marketing folk worthy of promotion.
Just get to work.
Except marketing, of course. It's almost a given that marketing leadership and team leads will be gone, probably well before Inspire.

Replace all of them.
Who cares? The new CEO is bringing in his/their own team, so say goodbye to the current senior directors and dead weight.
Yehhh....you don't know that for sure. Definitely there will be a new executive team largely from the new CEO brought in, but that doesn't mean that current leaders will be going bye-bye.

Their goal is to cause a rift and get more people to quit on their own.

Rinse 'n repeat.
People telling others to RUN are posts from two jerks from Insight Partners. Their goal is to cause a rift and get more people to quit on their own.
Hmm......
Look working for private equity owned tech companies blows big time. This is no secret. But you gotta work somewhere.
If you like the product, customers, your colleagues and are getting paid that's pretty good. Just know that your execs and corporate overloads are getting rich off of you while being able to kick you to the curb anytime they feel like it with no notice.

LOL.Get out as soon as you can.
RUN
Are you hiring? Can people run to you?
Myself and my entire team are in the process of leaving. The only people who seem okay staying are middle managers who are coasting or see the possibility of hopping to another newly vacant management role. ICs seem to be getting brutalized, at least in IT.
