Viasat is doing an outstanding job going against adversity and drawback! NASA wouldn’t have award the company with $52 million if this wasn’t the case! Remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint! A runner can trip and fall and still get back up to win a race.
Wall Street has trillions of dollars and is way smarter than you could ever be. Stock is $12 for a good reason.
You people are sad and pathetic. If ViaSat is doing so bad, then why did the US Space Force awarded laser communication terminal prototype contracts to Viasat? How about Telespazio joining Viasat’s ELEVATE Program? Or how Korean Air selected Viasat to provide in-flight connectivity on 40 additional aircrafts? Maybe how Icelandair selected Viasat’s in-flight Wi-Fi solution for its new fleet of Airbus Aircraft? Or Royal Jordanian Airlines equipped more than 40 aircrafts with Viasat’s connectivity system? Sounds money to me. You all are just but hurt because you got let go for not bring value to this amazing company.

There are very rarely any surprises in the area of raises.

Look at this, pay raises for a failing company? Facts are all around us! ViaSat is doing just fine, a company wouldn’t give out raises if it was in trouble! So stop listening to all the noise from former employees or rival companies that just want to bring the morale down. Viasat will be back on top once more! No matter what happens, keep getting back up. For every time you get back up, the fall makes you stronger and thrusts you to a new level. Whatever you might be facing. In the end, what matters is how quickly you get back up and take your power back.
Anyone who only gets a 2% raise should quit the company out of self respect.
2% is all that was given in Ireland and parts of Europe. These territories don't get stock (lol) or bonuses (ever) so basically fu-k all.

No indication on the legacy Inmarsat side as yet either (the HR systems remain strangely separate).
12 July paycheck will reflect new salary. Managers should be informing their teams within the next week or two.

Haven't even gotten my review yet. I doubt I will get a raise in this environment though. A job is better than a raise right now.
No, and haven’t really heard anything about it either. I asked around to some guys in different groups and it is the same lack of info.
