Rumors circulating that Corebridge will want employees in 2-3 days per week. Anyone have a credible source that this may take place?

Nonsense. CRBG is getting less and less controlled by AIG. AIG doesn’t even have a majority share anymore. And forcing people to come to the office X days a weeks makes no sense for CRBG when it is already fragmented into multiple locations, it is very rare to have a meeting where everyone is all in the same geographic location, JC, LAm Houston, India and now people are located all over the US given that so many were hired as fully remote
Yes it is going to become mandatory 2 times to start with. If you cannot come in they will lay them off. PZ is talking to CBRG CEO to put the mandate before month end.
I certainly hope not, I have about a two hour commute to the office. I’d have to find another job
if this is true i guess I’ll be shopping for other remote jobs lol. ditillo talked very positively about remote work too. bummer 🤷
Jersey City, the Goldman building, is having three floors reconfigured for Corebridge. Something's certainly afoot.
Interesting since they sold the buildings lol
Does anyone know if this will be required for all offices, or just the large main ones in TX, NYC and CA?
