Great options...for those that it even applies to. Great to float this before the massive layoff, then only to offload a CONFIRMED DOZENS of jobs to India. Why is this even a shock in this day and age?

The fact they say All “technical” people get it and then don’t include all technical people in this company are BS.
A bunch of field engineers are left out of the program when there whole job is technical.
He-l, the word “engineer” is in “sales engineer”.
It seems like pretty minimal amounts, I got options for up to about 4000 shares, so that's less than $10k and that's over a 5 year vesting period. Even if the stock does really well (which is by far not a guarantee), it's just not enough to get excited about.

Was it announced yet how much equity would be given? It it based off tenure or job level?
what good is it if you get laid off before you can cache in ?
