Go find a job outside if not happy. I will tell you this, its not easy.

My hunch is that you already know this because likely you went to look for a job, didnt find a job or equivalent salary (either) and have nothing but frustration against your current company. 90% sure thats what happened. You know how I know. 80% of people at Intel are in this position. They are applying but no one is calling ...

If you're unhappy with compensation and have a line on something better, Just jump and get paid better sooner. No one on this board should affect your decision. If you're just unhappy with your comp but like your job enough to stay... we welcome you but are tired of hearing our own thoughts from so many others.

Why stay? I left for more learning opportunities and a lot more money recently. Given Intel's stagnation, don't for a second think you won't have to study relevant topics and apply some effort though. If you can't learn enough to leave, you need to accept that reality.

I can tell you from the outside looking in, most of the industry thinks most of the good engineers have already left Intel. Saying you're currently employed at Intel doesn't have the same ring to it that it used to, good luck.

Intel has no union. People stab each other to get ahead and they think its perfectly fine. Mt's np longer need education.

You should be seeking better employment. If you are worth a higher compensation package than you are hurting yourself by staying at Intel and wishing you made more. If you can’t find better employment than maybe you need to face the reality that your personal impression of your skills is not how others view them.

My company is giving us less then 1% just to say "We gave you something". Take whatever you get, or you can look for another job that pays better.
