With all these policy changes that the CHRo is pushing on the business MB’s legacy just might turn to cr-p as the culture of the company that made the company successful is gone.
There is a bunch of leadership that needs to be let go or retire. Managers, director, and his management staff.
July 27, a day when the Chaff will be removed from the Wheat!!! All managers have a mandatory meeting from 10 to noon, everybody else throughout the afternoon.. Working gloves and boots on, or 'See you later" IMHO!! Seen plenty in my 26yrs at Gulfstream,,, just saying 😉
He needs to go. Has been to comfortable up there for many yrs. Need new blood, with vision and more people interacting skills. He has NEVER has visited a very important bldg, were Fly by Wire was born in Gulfstream. And still that place as old as it is continues to produce important developments for Gulfstream.

She just moved up, so how can her number be up? Don't get me wrong she needs to be put out on her a-s, but not seeing that happening anytime soon.
MB will be retiring soon, most likely after the 800 has been certified. He has been masterful at moving the company forward in challenging times. There are a few others on the Lead Team that are age ready to retire and it won’t be long for a few of them to depart. As far as the HRVp word on the street is her number is up.
If true, that would be a reason to celebrate.
There has been rumors of MB retiring for years. Don't count on it.
