NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement. I assume this is something that's signed to not reveal exact amounts people get as part of severance because the standard severance itself is pretty much widely known.
The company is so slow to get its act in gear. My colleagues and I are basically sitting ducks with the last 18 months. Nothing is actually getting done. Everything is ground to a halt and yet no one seems to be making any decisions.
