David. You might be a little biased. You also failed in chevron. As we all well know you wife got where she did because her brother was an exec. Get back to writing books about how you were an amazing champion of leadership.

MB was permanently asleep at the wheel. Disaster, I’m just glad her apathy is being replaced with new energy. Lots of skeletons to clean out.

Her predecessor already ran EMC to ground. Now it’s just O&M.

she is running EMC INTO the ground - not very knowledgeable on really what EMC handles

Worked with her in Australia. An exceedingly unpleasant individual to peers and subordinates, but excellent at managing upwards. Always amazes me how many get away with this approach and no amount of feedback processes seem to help. I came to the conclusion that it’s a mix of leadership not caring that much and not having many other staffing options anyway now the company has been hollowed out.

She is one of EBs top picks who are as incompetent as EB herself. Someone who appeased EBs ego. Watch out , there are a few of them out there. Her former advisor KP is also one of them. Noone can report her lash outs , because she keeps bragging that the next ceo is her sponsor. Chevron has really poor leaders who are breeding even worse managers.

Because it gets tracked and reported back. Good luck to the OP!

Someone posted an inappropriate comment. You also can’t mention the next CEO’s initials in a negative light or mention UK nepot***without it getting removed.
