Every position is replaceable with a temporary contractor...office or field.

Small Cell/Fiber layoffs are absolutely coming and, from what I have been told, it will be a very big group. :(

Actually heard 99% and 1% will stay. No way to discredit these facts .

I heard it would be lower around 75% with only field jobs staying.

Given the literacy and insight displayed in some of these comments, when you find out you're on a list, remember that with services like Uber and DoorDash, you'll only need to know how to drive a car. Reading, analyzing, and intelligent insights aren't necessary, so you'll be just fine.

I don't know if this is confirmed or speculation but it lines up with everything going on.

Q2 they will announce the still are looking at a sale of fiber but in the meantime they have taken steps as a result of the fiber review. They will show how they focus on an ROI of funds. Therefore they have reduced the number of small cells and fiber deals. This offset in revenue will be offset by a reduction in headcount and more office space closing. This will be called strategic realigning of the network business.

Regardless of public opinion, CCi is a publicly traded company with a fiduciary responsibility. Under Jay's leadership, he failed to make the critical decisions needed to position the company for success, as noted by experts and in the Elliot letters. Although Jay was praised for caring about people, this is only a small part of a CEO's responsibilities, and he ultimately let us down. One example among many is the Laura Nichols debacle, where her carelessness and excessive spending on initiatives brought no value and benefited her own consulting company. Jay also hired unqualified people, leading to overqualified employees reporting to less competent managers.

While we have some outstanding long-term employees, others have avoided accountability for too long. This isn't a summer camp or charity; as a publicly traded company, our priority is to work towards success. Many of us desire better leadership to make sound decisions that enhance productivity and value.

Regarding the D&D department, I've worked with many dedicated individuals there who put in long hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure we can do our jobs. I've also seen irresponsible behavior across various departments, so it's unfair to single out one group.

Our leaders need to make tough decisions, and senior leadership must clean house to set us up for long-term success. We are all working for a paycheck, and with proper leadership, that paycheck's stability should not be at risk.

The new CEO is an id--t and cheap as fu-k. He is another buddy of the crew. There isn’t any change yet everyone thinks there is change. He is another old school id--t that doesn’t give a sh-t about the people, at least Jay Brown did.

You have mo--ns who have been in there for years and won’t change anything!

The D&D team is run by drunks and life long Crown employees who are just buying their time.

You think these layoffs are going to benefit anyone? Watch for the lawsuits to start coming. They won’t offer anything.

You all are still on the Jay Browns tip, as he was the one who brought all these id--ts in to run the company. CL keeps putting id--ts in charge. Promoting people who can’t find their way out of a paper bag.

July 11th, really? Zayo who has more issues? Who is restructuring themselves now will come up with 11-15 billion. They won’t buy the entire network as they have a lot of overlap.

Where do you guys get this sh-t?

Rumor has it Zayo will come out the winning bidder. Zayo is owned by digital bridge who made an offer to buy crowns fiber back in 2020 during Elliot’s first campaign. Looks like they’re going to make it happen this time.
