Andrew S is likely Andrew Sherrard, former CMO of T-Mobile who left for unknown reasons in 2017. Andrew was classified as the "Architect of Uncarrier" before he left. Likely he got on Mikey's bad side and was fired.

Cody is enjoying his life, and no former T-Mobile employee will return to this mess. Most would prefer McNeel, but Callie Fields hates his guys, even though she knows nothing about IT and technology. Meg is a choice to meet the DEI cr-p, but she would be terrible for overall tech.

I think you've only provided one real option OP. I know Meg would try her best, but I don't think Amdocs is capable of operating T-Mobile's entire IT organization.
