Stock is currently in a free fall. The executives would make out fine with a golden parachute but rest at the support center, DCs, stores, etc... would be sc--wed if company files for bankruptcy.
Slap in the face for anybody that's been here for a long time. We're getting no proper direction, no good strategy and at the end of the day the performance of the company is going to be the reason we don't get compensation. WBA has never and probably will never put the employees first but I wonder what would happen in the event of a bankruptcy. Only time the employees get put first is if they need a finger to point towards for the company's performance.
Why the he-l are we doing any work? I seriously wonder why we do anything at this point.
