Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Which cloud certification is the best for our career?

I was laid off recently and looking for a career with a different company. I currently do not have any cloud certification, but planning on getting one. Among AWS, Azure, GCP, which cloud certification will be the best to land a new job?

Also get more technical certifications. The AZ 900 "general" cert is more for managers and M$ft salesmen. AZ 900 is more of a what and why cert (M$ft) call them the fundamental certifications. The how certs (the associate and expert) certs are hard to decide on if laid off. If you are a Microsoft guy then go for the associate cert in your area:

aws https://careerfoundry.com/en/blog/web-development/what-is-a-cloud-engineer/
GCP https://cloud.google.com/learn/certification
Hey use gemini.google.com prompt "I was recently laid off. What type of cloud certification should I pursue?" See what AI says matters: Your previous experience, your interests and specialties, and the job demand in your area should play a part.

Whatever Cloud vendor certification you decide upon I would suggest you get a security certification as well. Security+ and/or the CISSP are worth the time and effort depending upon what you're doing.

AWS powers the internet while Azure powers the Enterprise. Depends on what you want to work at.
