Nobody cares - it would be an AI machine with a the executives making millions if they could they would - heading that way at a slow drip
The company is overloaded with high priced executives. They seem to be totally blind to the destruction coming to service and the resulting loss of business. Those remaining after VERP are already looking for their way out. Aig will be all India group after this
The company doesn't care. It's shameful the amount of knowledgeable seasoned people that are leaving in the name of saving money. They should have trimmed the the useless upper management, then for workers who are a couple of years to retirement.
Let's see how it goes. Hopefully no more layoffs.. how much more clean house do they want?
ID: @6iia+1sK9IZN1, you called it. We’re seeing several younger folks giving notice and others are pretty blatant about the fact they’re looking because they’re dissatisfied with AIG leadership.
Too bad they’re not listening.
Several younger workers have recently resigned. They stated with the subject matter experts leaving, why would they stay and get stuck with more work they didn’t know how to do?
I’m not doing any more work, I’ll just pretend. Management isn’t too bright so pretty easy to fool them.
The level of service will plummet. Those left will be so over worked that I assume many have already started searching for other job opportunities
In most instances, we can expect work loads will be redistributed to remaining staff. Don't expect additional compensation since the primary objective of VERP is to reduce staffing expenses.
It’ll be more cr-p dumped on between those that are left and Accenture. And when sh*t hits the fan as the works not done, it won’t be Accenture that has to carry the can!
Introducing you to the word “empowerment”. Do a lot more work and get paid maybe a little more. People are gonna be working harder in the near future.
