How worried should I be about tomorrow and the rest of the week?

Hearing there will be one more in the last week of June.
Rumor of huge layoff before end of the year. I think it will be a ongoing activity for the year. Only saving grace to show good numbers and be ready for the next year. Unfortunately all leaders go the easy way to cut people rather than focusing on increasing the revenue. Strategy, innovation, sales leaders need to be laid off rather than worker bees.
