Downvote all you want but he is still CEO because he has enchanted the Ford family. Simple as that. He has told them what they want to hear and provided them what they seek. Everything should be directed to the family. If they choose to be ignorant and gamble with the livelihood of 100k+ employees, 100% on Billy boy and the family. They can fire Farley when ever they want to, but they do not.
