Not sure if the reorg will be associated with any further RIF. There are no such indications.
The interim CCO said on a call that the commercial org structure will be announced after summer break.

Don't expect it is happening on June 11th. Haven't heard any rif rumors. Probbaly by summer break.

Singapore site. Also the site is heavily staffed.

Would they want to cut people before the Grail stock distribution? Next friday is Pay day too, typically news comes out closer to then and is before the 24th date

I don’t think it’s a huge percentage, less than 10%. I think more cuts in med affairs, marketing, commercial, business development.

I think folks that are undergoing a leadership change are at risk for a RIF. R&D is probably safe. There are way too many Directors here some with only 1 report. The org will be more flat going forward.

Onc marketing? It's surprising given on is area of growth.
There is a lot of redundancy in commercial and marketing. Things will be streamlined. The CCO will be in SD for 3 weeks to create a new org structure.
