Does the VERP apply to Lexington and Western World? I heard rumors that AIG may sell Western World since they sold most of the Validus acquisition companies. Or maybe completely absorb Western World into Lexington and rebrand it.

Yes, employees of Lexington are eligible.
WW is eligible and many are taking it. Don't think the rumor of shedding WW is accurate as there have been active projects to integrate WW into AIG.
People from Western World in claims were offered the VERP. My understanding is that their time at WW counted towards eligibility for the VERP.
