So pretty much, employees are unhappy so force them to convince themselves that they are happy. That’s a brilliant strategy. SMH
Funny-there is a clear lack of trust in senior leadership, but how can low level managers create action plans to improve trust in senior leadership?
Been through this a previous failed employer. Leadership will make each team leader set goals with their teams that cost the Org nothing, i.e. make the employees hold themselves accountable for encouraging their teammates more by Slack. This is a classic pass-the-buck appeasement maneuver that is really just employee gaslighting. See, it's really up to you as the employee to make your employer access leadership more employee-friendly. Never mind terribly restrictive changes to employee benefits, work from home, PTO, mercurial metrics and compensation, looming threats as motivation, non-existent lines of proactive communication, crushing workloads, enhanced daily micro-management, and disingenuous do-as-I-say Leadership techniques.

I'm sure it was filled with showboating and posturing of how great everyone's management practices already are. No one wants to admit, to themselves or anyone else, they are an ineffective manager.
My manager is new to management and is a disaster. Tons of gaslighting, micromanagement and then neglect, brown-nosing, etc…. The leadership in Bank is a nightmare
Do tell. I am curious to ser what mind of insanity is coming up.
