What happened to the DXC Values?

One of the DXC values is Deliver - we do what we say we are going to do.

Finchy said that the recognition tools points system would be up and running in April... Then in April she said May. Now she managed to get Seelan to say it's at some point in the future.

DXC values that we are supposed to live by but which they couldn't give a flying ..... about.

This is a multi billion dollar company that expects people to come and climb the next hill. But those people were not supported by this company in the hard inflation times. Provide the money and then we'll climb the hill with you.

Oh and stick to your values you incompetent fools.

DXC rewards were offline at the time my long service came around. I didn't even get an automated thank you. Totally ignored. Oh well maybe it'll be working in another 10 years....

DXC doesn't care about me. I don't care about DXC.

The leadership has continually shown the rank and file the values do not apply to them. If I acted like them with my client, lied and delayed over and over, I'd be canned.

They have a few options, wake up and deliver, shut up or just tell the truth. We all know no raises coming, just say it. Don't play the game of working through the process over and over always delayed.

Its comical.

Unfortunately there are no DXC values when it comes to any kind of benefit to the employees.

The Finchy is the biggest liar in the company, she keeps delaying the merit announcement every year. The reviews are done I'm March, the results have also completed over a week ago but these a holes just keep lying and delaying and not announcing.

They take for themselves every year on time, its not that they can't do it if they want to.

Steallam is part of the team of these holes.

They want to keep milking and then finish off this company, just do the minimum it doesnt pay to do more.
